The invention relates to a cell growth chamber under vacuum for pointing out and monitoring the biological effects induced by electromagnetic fields. According to the invention, the chamber in which two Petri dishes with cell colonies are introduced resists to 2 at, to temperatures of up to 120°C, is transparent to electromagnetic radiation in MHz and Ghz frequency ranges and comprises a cylindrical body with four liquid and gas passage nozzles, a silicone hose for the passage of a thermostated liquid, heat-resistant sterilization gas filters, said body being provided with a top cover and a bottom cover, both with heat-resistant silicone sealing gaskets.
